Brand Strategist
Daniel Rosentreter

For more than twenty years, I have helped organizations strengthen their brands, sharpen their positioning, and solve the strategic and operational challenges that hold their marketing back. My work spans start-ups, midsize companies, and global enterprises across the US and worldwide.

I have advised teams at American Airlines, American Express, AB InBev, Dow, Deutsche Telekom, HSBC, Hyundai, Lufthansa, Motorola, Nestlé, Pfizer, Porsche, SAP, Time Warner Cable, UBS, Under Armour, the US Army, UNICEF, and Volkswagen, among many others. You can find additional client references here.

Before establishing my own practice, I led strategy teams and complex engagements at Futurebrand New York, Siegel and Gale New York, Wolff Olins New York, and MetaDesign Berlin.

My expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, digital, and innovation. I focus on rebranding, brand and business strategy, naming, brand architecture, employer branding, customer insight, and user experience. Clients also rely on me as a facilitator who can align senior leadership, resolve competing priorities, and push teams toward clear decisions.

My research and viewpoints have appeared in the New York Times, The Economist, Financial Times, and Bloomberg Business Week, and I am a regular speaker at marketing industry conferences.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and two kids, traveling around the world, swimming in the oceans, hiking on challenging trails, and cooking meals with unusual ingredients.
